Gourmet Coffee Beans

The other Saturday morning I decided to splurge and have some Blue Mountain Coffee using a coffee press. I took my time to prepare it. I had not noticed before but for some reason it had hints of a rich chocolate drink. It had all of the flavors of Blue Mountain but had a lingering chocolaty taste that brought a smile to my face. Boy I love this coffee!

My wife is an excellent cook and she recently surprised me with a delicious iced coffee drink. By simply adding a couple of spoons of chocolate syrup it adds a knock out taste to the drink. You can serve this over ice or make it as a smoothie in a blender.
