Volcanica Coffee is committed to the highest quality of fresh roasted coffee. Your coffee is fresh roasted when you place your order and it is shipped out by the next business day due to the time it takes for our roasting process. We can expedited orders to ship the same day only if they are placed online and you then make this special request by calling us at 877-454-7031 before 11 am. We also offer 2nd Day and Overnight shipments. We ship across the U.S., Canada, and to our men and women serving in the Armed Forces around the world.

Shipping Rates

Below are estimated shipping rates. Exact rates are determined during checkout before finalizing your order and are calculated by UPS Online to your address.

We strive to bring you the most cost efficient shipping rates with the fastest delivery time. The above estimated shipping rates are within the continental U.S. and are based on the total weight of your order. One bag of coffee is about one pound of shipping weight. Standard shipping is by either UPS, FedEx Ground or USPS. We will email you a tracking number so you can track your delivery progress which takes between 2 to 5 days to arrive to its destination depending on location. We ship from our roasting facility in Atlanta, Georgia. Overnight and 2nd Day Air service is provided by either UPS or FedEx. All shipping and receiving are on business days and do not include weekends or holidays. We recommend that you order two or more bags per order to leverage the cost of shipping and it is more economical to order four bags to be eligible for free shipping for non-overnight orders. You can safely freeze what you are not currently using.

Shipments to Canada

Please note that for Canada shipments there may be additional brokerage fees charged by the Canadian government and they are responsibility of the recipient, not Volcanica Coffee.

International Shipments

At this time we are not accepting international orders except to Canada and to military personnel shipments to APO or APE addresses.
