Shipping Policy

Volcanica Coffee is committed to freshness which is why we ship your gourmet coffee the next business day after you place an order. If you order an item that is not in stock, we will notify you of the delay as soon as we receive your order. We will not charge you until your items are shipped. We also ship to Canada, internationally and to our men and women serving in Iraq and around the world.

We strive to bring you the most cost efficient shipping rates with the fastest delivery time. We even ship on Saturday's. The below shipping rates are within the continental U.S. and are based on the total weight of your order. Standard shipping is via USPS Priority Mail and we will provide you a tracking number so you can track your delivery progress. Overnight service is provided by either Express Mail or FedEx. We recommend that you order two or more pounds per order to leverage the cost of shipping. You can safely freeze what you are not currently using.

Shipments to Canada
We ship to Canada via the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Our Canadian customers have found this to be a fast method that avoids customs or brokerage fees that are normally placed on UPS shipments. During check out please select Canada Priority Mail. International Shipments
International shipments are sent via UPS Worldwide Express, except Canada, and rates will vary. You can view your international rate in your shopping cart before you finalize your order.

Please note that for Canada and international shipments there may be additional brokerage fees charged by the receiving country and they are responsibility of the recipient, not Volcanica Coffee.
