Swiss Water Decaf Process

Our decaf gourmet coffee uses a Swiss Water Process. This is 100% chemical-free producing the best tasting decaf coffee. Each bag has the above sticker, which indicates the coffee has been decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process.

Decaffeinated coffee, using the environment-friendly SWISS WATER® Process, undergoes regular caffeine level audits to ensure compliance to 99.9% caffeine-free. We take pride in setting high-quality standards by having a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for every batch of beans we decaffeinate with our water decaffeination process.
