Her six-hectare farm, located at 1,200 masl, boasts around 12,000 coffee trees that are grown alongside juicy plantains, oranges, and limes. The cherries are hand-picked when they are at their ripest, and then Maria meticulously oversees the natural drying process, letting them bask in the sun for two weeks. This particular coffee is an Anaerobic Natural, processed intentionally using anaerobic fermentation.

The freshly-harvested cherries were sealed in a container for a period of time, creating a unique and intense flavor profile that is sure to delight your senses.
